By using PuretyFarm’s products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Product & Delivery
- We deliver only fresh, A2 milk sourced from desi cows raised under ethical conditions.
- Delivery is available within specified service areas in Raipur.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the product.
2. Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions can be customized or paused by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payments must be made via approved payment methods.
- Any billing errors must be reported within 7 days.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of milk, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must store milk in a refrigerator immediately after delivery to maintain quality.
- PuretyFarm is not liable for spoilage due to improper storage.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on PuretyFarm’s website and marketing materials (logo, images, text) is the property of PuretyFarm and cannot be reused without permission.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
